Café Assistant

We are looking for a Café Assistant to join our team at our new café in Baucau. The Café Assistant will play an important role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for our customers — including cleaning tables, washing dishes, and ensuring the café remains tidy and pleasant at all times.

Key Responsibilities

→Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and floors
→Wash and organize dishes, cups, and utensils
→Maintain cleanliness of interior and surrounding outdoor areas
→Support café staff to ensure smooth daily operations
→Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
→Provide friendly and helpful service to customers when required

Qualifications & Requirements

✓Minimum basic education (Grade 9 or above)
✓Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or café/restaurant work is an advantage
✓Reliable, honest, and hardworking
✓Able to work effectively as part of a team
✓Willing to learn and follow instructions
